I’m having a small event at my house. I was thinking of doing the decor on my own, but it may be less stressful if you help me with it. Would you be able to give me a quote for very minimal decor?

If the event you’re referencing is leading up to and on a separate day from your main events, and you are sourcing decor from us for those other events, we can customize a quote for you at a minimum of $2,500. There are certain fixed expenses we incur (for example, daily truck rentals, accommodation, meals, etc.,) which we need to cover in order to provide a service that is mutually beneficial.

An example of this package would be:
2 Cabanas + 4-6 Pieces of Lounge Furniture
6-8 Specialty Linens for Round/High Cocktail Tables
a Swing
and a Favor Cart

It’s common for each client’s needs to vary for this type of event, so we typically conduct a site visit, and thereafter determine your needs and offer suitable ideas. If this works for you, we can schedule a site visit in the coming months.

I’ve purchased some decor myself, such as Saris and Candle Centerpieces. Would your team be able to set them up for us?

We’ve experienced many unknowns when working with decor items and materials we are unfamiliar with, which have resulted in SG’s loss of time and labor. For that reason, we no longer provide this service.

I only need a swing and a backdrop for this event, so that I have a pretty backdrop for my pictures. Would you be able to set that up for me?

Since we travel so often for events throughout the state of Florida, it’s likely we would be in your city on the weeks preceding your event; in which case we would be able to create a mutually beneficial arrangement where we can drop of the single item you need. This arrangement works well if the venue can accomodate an early drop off of the item.
