EVENT CANCELATION AND NATURAL DISASTER POLICIES

For your consideration, we’ve come up with two different options that keep everyone’s best interest in mind in the event of a full cancellation of your event(s) due to personal, medical, and/or natural disaster-related reasons. Option 1:

We can apply your $10,000.00 deposit to a future contract (based on our availability) without an expiration date. In other words, you would not need to use the deposit with us by a certain date.

 

Option 2:

Should you choose to cancel your wedding, we can refund 50% of the deposit back to you. The other 50% will be put towards the renderings, detailed proposals, WhatsApp communication, and design consultations (both in-person and virtual) that have already been completed.
