Most people intuitively know what their general style is. For example, we have a sense of our dressing style, or which specific colors, shapes and textures we are drawn to. Sometimes, though, we think we don’t know what we want because we’re not sure how to express in words what we are envisioning. This is why we’ve come up with this quiz, because we believe it will help define your sense of style through pictures.

The Design Style Quiz has seven questions. They are in no particular order, and don’t have right or wrong answers. Listen to your intuition and make your selection swiftly. This is about what speaks to you in the moment you read the question.

If you have multiple events and a unique vision for each one, you may choose to take the quiz multiple times. For example, if your vision for your Sangeet is fun, bold, and traditional, but your Ceremony reflects your love for nature and flowers, then the quiz will be more effective if you first keep only your Sangeet style in mind when selecting pictures from the options presented. After that, you can retake the quiz for the Ceremony, now keeping your vision for that event in mind.

The options presented may not be the exact centerpieces or stage design you’re looking for. In some cases, even your overall ideas may fit into multiple styles. For now, simply select the options that look closest to things you generally like. In the next step, when we speak on the phone or in person, we can discuss in detail everything you liked and didn’t like about certain photos you selected.

If re-incorporating decor between events is important to you, we suggest designing your events within the same theme and taking the quiz only once. For example, if you would like to re-incorporate flowers between your Ceremony and Reception, then keep both events in mind when taking the quiz. Don’t worry; we will assist and offer ideas on how we can tweak details to make both events look beautiful and unique from each each other.

At the end of the quiz, you’ll see an opt-in. We recommend this if you prefer to be guided with information through an organized process over a longer period of time. By opting in, you’re choosing to periodically receive emails, inspiration, and guidance from us. However, if you prefer to have all the information up front, you can opt out.
